The City of Coral Gables is seeking to establish a qualified pool of firms to provide Constructability, Cost, and Value Engineering Review Services. The services will be for projects with an estimated construction cost not exceeding $2 million and for study activities with a fee not exceeding $200,000. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was advertised on October 17, 2019, and eight firms submitted proposals. However, only three firms were found to be responsive to the Minimum Qualification Requirements. The Evaluation Committee recommended that all proposals be rejected and a new RFQ with revised requirements be advertised.
