Pipe and Plumbing Supplies

This contract is for the furnishing of pipe and plumbing supplies to Jackson County, Missouri. The contract has a term of 12 months and can be renewed annually for up to 12 months. The contractor, Reeves Wiedeman Company, will provide the supplies at the prices quoted in their offer. The county will pay for the supplies within 30 days of delivery and acceptance. • The contract includes warranties for the goods provided, as specified in the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Missouri. • The contractor is an independent contractor and will indemnify the county for any losses or damages resulting from their negligence. • The contract can be terminated by the county with at least 14 days' written notice. • The contractor will not assign this contract or any monies payable hereunder without the prior written consent of the county.
