FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) BARRICADE TRAILERS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT

This contract is for the furnishing and delivery of two barricade trailers and associated equipment for the Middlesex County Department of Public Safety and Health, Office of Health Services. The contract was awarded to K. Moorea Co. LLC d/b/a Traffic Plan and Traffic Safety Service, LLC, with a total estimated amount of $35,181.16. The contract will commence on or around the date of award and will remain active for a period of 12 consecutive months. • The contract includes the delivery of two barricade trailers and associated equipment. • The vendors will provide the equipment and services as specified in the bid and contract prices submitted. • The contract is subject to the receipt and approval of requested vendor documents by the Office of County Counsel. • The obligations of the County are subject to the extent of funds available in the 2025 Temporary Operating Budgets and the adoption of the 2025 Final Operating Budgets.
