On Call Engineering Services

This contract is for on-call engineering services to be provided by J2 Engineering & Environmental Design, L.L.C. to the Town of Fountain Hills. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to renew for up to four successive one-year terms. The vendor will provide engineering services on an as-needed basis, and the Town will pay the vendor based on the rates set forth in the contract. The contract includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and insurance requirements. The scope of work includes providing engineering services for various projects, including the renovation of the Indian School Lake and the expansion of Hayden Park.
