This contract concerns the complete LED retrofit of the Plymouth Cultural Center’s lighting system, including supply, installation, and disposal. The City of Plymouth seeks a qualified contractor to provide RAB‑brand LED fixtures (flat‑panel, linear tubes, and recessed can‑retrofits), perform all required electrical labor using Michigan‑licensed electricians, remove and properly dispose of existing fluorescent fixtures and hazardous materials, and use the city‑provided scissor lift where applicable.
