Armor, Body Protective Products

The contract is for the provision of Body Armor and Ballistic Resistant Products to the State of Florida, Department of Management Services. The contract has a term of three years, with the option to renew for an additional year. The contractor, Point Blank Enterprises, Inc., is required to provide quarterly sales reports and transaction fee reports to the Department. The contract also includes provisions for financial consequences in the event of non-performance, as well as requirements for business review meetings and cooperation with the Inspector General. Some key points of the contract include: • The contractor must accept the State of Florida Purchasing Card and MyFloridaMarketPlace purchase orders. • The contractor is responsible for ensuring that its affiliates, partners, subcontractors, resellers, distributors, and dealers comply with the terms and conditions of the contract. • The contractor must provide a completed Preferred Pricing Affidavit upon contract execution and annually thereafter. • The contractor must submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department's Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter. • The contractor must submit complete monthly MFMP Transaction Fee Reports to the Department within 15 calendar days after the end of each month.
