4523 Engineering Complex Roof Replacement & Solar Panel Removal

The contract is for the replacement of the existing roofing system and the installation of a new 72 mil PVC roofing system, as well as the removal of the existing solar panel system, at the 4523 Engineering Complex. The contract duration is 140 calendar days from the notice to proceed, and the successful bidder must provide a 5% bid bond and comply with various state laws and regulations, including the Public Works Minimum Wage Act and the New Mexico Workers' Compensation Act. The contract also includes provisions for liquidated damages in the event of late completion. The total bid prices for the three vendors are: Maxwell Enterprises LLC ($270,497.90), SPARTAN CONSTRUCTION OF NM, LLC ($298,500.00), and C D General Contractors Inc ($416,545.39).
