Paint & Repair Large 1867 Barn at USVP

This contract is for the paint and repair of a large 1867 barn at the Upper Schuylkill Valley Park. The scope of work includes power washing, prepping, and painting the barn, as well as some window work and carpentry. The contract also requires the vendor to clean the grounds of any work debris and dispose of all job-related materials in a timely and thorough fashion.
