The City of Tempe is seeking a consultant to provide equity and inclusion consulting services to help the City's leadership and employees address the cultural and social impacts of recent national events. The consultant will work with the City's Equity and Inclusion Manager to develop and execute an approach to deal with these issues through interactive sessions. The contract has a term of 4 years, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time.
