Environmental Consulting Services

The County of Ocean is acquiring property located on Walnut Street in the Township of Toms River, known as Block 609.02, Lots 115 & 127, and requires environmental consulting services to identify any potential or existing environmental contamination liabilities. The contract was awarded to DuBois & Associates, who submitted a proposal for environmental services in the lump sum fee of $3,600.00. The scope of work includes providing environmental consulting services on an as-needed basis, where and as directed by Ocean County. • The contract is for a term of one year, from August 3, 2024, to August 2, 2025. • The contract is awarded in compliance with the provisions of N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the New Jersey "Pay-to-Play" Law. • The contract is funded from Account Number 2025-016-010-5679-6600. • Certified copies of the resolution shall be made available to the Ocean County Administrator, Planning Department, Finance Department, County Auditor, County Counsel, and DuBois & Associates.
