Design-Build for Cleveland Metroparks Zoo's "Stillwater Ledge" Event Ctr.

The contract is for the design and construction of the Stillwater Place Event Center at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. The project includes a 10,700 s.f. space with a 5,900 s.f. event hall, a 1,700 s.f. lobby, a 610 s.f. prep kitchen, restrooms, a bride's room, and storage and utility rooms. The project also includes the construction of a 2,100 s.f. outdoor patio with a grand staircase overlooking Waterfowl Lake. The total project cost is estimated at $2,300,000.00.
