Description
The City of Keene is soliciting qualifications from engineering consulting firms to provide design, permitting, bid-phase, and limited construction phase services for a proposed 30-foot by 230-foot hybrid timber multi-purpose pavilion with integrated photovoltaic (PV) solar array. The project is being funded in part by the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC) through its Timber for Transit Program. The city did not receive any proposals and decided to re-advertise for the RFQ. Key aspects of the project include:
