Water Pipeline Replacement – Western/35th, Project No. 653601 & Street Resurfacing – Western/35th/11th, Project No. 653596

The contract involves the construction of approximately 3,115 linear feet of 20-inch, 108 linear feet of 8-inch, and 120 linear feet of 12-inch Class 52 ductile iron water pipeline, including ductile iron fittings, valves, service laterals, fire hydrants, and other required appurtenances and work as shown on the Plans. The contract also includes the removal of AC pavement and installation of warm mix asphalt concrete pavement, reconstruction of ADA ramps, sidewalk, pedestrian refuge, curb and gutter, adjustment of structures, pedestrian signal poles, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, traffic signal loop detection installations, electrical junction box modifications, contractor installed temporary and permanent pavement markings, and other work as shown on the Plans. The contract has a grand total base bid of $4,137,752.00.
