P-16015 Architecture & Engineering Services

The Master Independent Contractor Agreement for Architecture and Engineering Services is a contract between the Chicago Park District and Studio GC, Inc. for the provision of architecture and engineering services. The contract has a term of one year with the possibility of up to three one-year extensions. The contractor is required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, and to indemnify and hold harmless the Park District and its employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses.
