Southern Bridge Repairs #2

The Southern Bridge Repairs #2 contract involves bridge repairs at two locations in the Town of Kittery, Maine. The work includes bridge pavement and membrane replacement, approach work and paving, deck expansion joint modifications, median repairs, bearing cleaning and resetting, bridge drain replacement, slope protection repairs, and miscellaneous superstructure and substructure repairs. The contract also includes maintenance of traffic and all other work incidental thereto in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The contract was awarded to New England Infrastructure, Inc. and is administered by the Maine Turnpike Authority. The contract includes a wage determination that sets the fair minimum hourly rates for laborers and workers employed on the project. The contract also includes provisions for utility coordination, cooperation with other contractors, and maintenance of traffic.
