Description
The City of Toledo is seeking bids to furnish and install backflow preventers at a series of fire stations, the EMS Annex, training and maintenance facilities, and headquarters, as well as to install and configure owner‑supplied 1‑inch OMNI™ Compound water meters at select locations. The scope includes complete removal of existing equipment, piping modifications, installation, testing, required permits, inspections, and post‑construction cleanup with warranties and documentation. Bids must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids, include a bid guaranty (2.5 % of the bid), and comply with prevailing‑wage, living‑wage, insurance, and other City paperwork requirements. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a maximum performance period of 60 days.
