RFP-24-149 Promotional Testing Services

The City of Yuma has entered into a professional services agreement with Morris & McDaniel, Inc. for promotional testing services. The contractor will conduct a job analysis, develop pre-examination training materials, develop a multiple-choice examination, conduct assessment center exercises, and provide analysis of individual performance. The contract has a term of one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The contractor will be paid based on the agreed-upon terms for services, and the city will pay the contractor monthly based on work performed and completed.
