Tree Services, Public Facilities and Right of Way

This contract is for tree services, public facilities, and right of way. The contractor, EVERGREEN TREE SERVICE, INC, will perform the scope of services set forth in Appendix A of the agreement. The contract has a term of 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 2 years. The city reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice. The contractor is required to carry insurance, including commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.
