Description
This contract calls for the removal, demolition, and complete replacement of sixteen (16) exterior doors at the Student Center of Montclair State University, along with the installation of new access‑control hardware (magnetic locks, card readers, push‑to‑exit devices, and related wiring). The scope includes supply of aluminum‑glass storefront doors, associated hardware, fire‑alarm integration, sealants, masonry work, stone base, insulated metal panels, and all required permitting, inspections, and warranty documentation. The prime contractor is responsible for coordinating all subcontractors, managing the construction schedule (75‑day performance window), and delivering as‑built drawings and operation manuals.
