Design Services for Temple Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Projects

The City of Temple is seeking design services for the rehabilitation of the Temple Water Treatment Plant. The plant is a combination of a conventional water treatment plant and a membrane water treatment plant, and the projects discussed in this RFQ are mainly to address aging structures or to improve existing processes.
