ITB 2024-36 Wakulla County Bicycle Trail Mowing and Maintenance

This contract provides for the ongoing mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, debris removal, pruning, and related maintenance of the Wakulla County bicycle trail system (approximately 104 acres and 33.8 mi of trail). The County will pay the award‑ee on a unit‑price basis for each mowing pass and for quarterly flower‑bed upkeep, with performance monitored by the County Manager. The work schedule is bi‑weekly from March through November, with winter leaf‑blowing duties in December‑February. The contract term is three years with two optional one‑year extensions, and the award is a firm‑fixed‑price unit‑price contract. • Scope: mowing, weed‑eating, edging, herbicide application, debris removal, pruning, storm‑cleanup, and quarterly flower‑bed maintenance. • Schedule: bi‑weekly mowing March‑Nov; leaf‑blowing Dec‑Feb; quarterly flower‑bed service. • Award: single‑vendor, low‑price award to T & N Lawn Masters, LLC; optional extensions up to two additional years.
