Description
This contract concerns the routine preventive maintenance of four Sullair air‑handling units owned by Cuyahoga County. The scope includes major and minor preventive‑maintenance tasks for two rotary‑screw compressors, a refrigerated air dryer, and a filter assembly, with service frequencies of two visits per year for each compressor and one visit per year for the dryer and filter. The work covers filter and oil changes, belt replacement, cleaning of coolers, inspection of safety devices, lubricant sampling, and system checks.
• Equipment: Sullair S‑1810 compressors (2 units), SR125 dryer, SXTF0125F filter assembly.
