RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FACILITY AND WITHDRAWAL MANAGMENT AT 34 PRADO

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking to establish a list of vetted and qualified vendors to provide residential treatment facility and withdrawal management services for adult men and women. The services will be provided at a 9-bed facility located within the county, and the vendor must meet all licensing, permits, and certifications requirements. The contract is intended to be awarded for a period of 5 years, from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2026. • The facility must provide ASAM levels 3.1, 3.2, and 3.5 with incidental medical services. • Vendors that are currently Medi-Cal certified are highly desirable. • The contracted vendor must get Medi-Cal certified and Department of Health Care Services (DCS) licensed. • The County of San Luis Obispo reserves the right to negotiate a contract with any vendor on the list.
