Paving and Surface Restoration Program

This contract covers comprehensive paving and surface restoration work throughout the Metropolitan District’s member and non‑member towns in Connecticut. The scope includes excavation, saw‑cutting and jack‑hammering of both bituminous and concrete surfaces, raising manholes and water‑gate boxes, resetting curbing, installing and sealing expansion joints, laying new bituminous asphalt and concrete, supplying reinforcing steel, and restoring grass areas. Additional requirements involve detailed work‑schedule reporting and data collection as outlined in Section 01010 of the solicitation. • Labor, equipment, permits, and all related costs for full‑depth road and sidewalk reconstruction. • Installation of curbing, expansion joints, and related drainage structures. • Post‑construction reporting and data submission for project tracking.
