C-101981 RFP 13-25 Supply and Delivery of 5/8" Thru 2" Water Meters

The City of Vancouver has awarded a contract to Core & Main LP for the supply and delivery of 5/8” thru 2” water meters. The contract is for a period of five years, commencing on June 6, 2025, and ending on June 5, 2030. The Contractor is required to provide water meters that meet certain standards, including being lead-free, reading in cubic feet, and having a digital register compatible with a future AMR or AMI system. The City has the right to terminate the contract for convenience or for cause, and the Contractor is required to indemnify the City against any claims or damages arising from the performance of the contract.
