Description
Lexington County School District One (LCSD‑One) issued a competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ2025.3) to replace 42 APC Schneider battery modules, revitalize four UPS power modules, and provide related hardware (static switch, intelligence modules, display, MMC, power supplies, monitoring board) plus an upgrade to an EAA PREVENT remote‑monitoring service. The district required new OEM parts, inside delivery and assembly, freight‑prepaid FOB destination, and a one‑year service agreement for the UPS revitalization. After evaluation, the district posted an Intent to Award on 09/03/2024 and selected Critical Components, Inc. as the sole vendor for a total evaluated amount of $84,481. Work will commence after the PO is issued and the contract becomes effective on 09/12/2024.
