Clean Up Day Event 2020

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the transporting and disposing of domestic solid waste brought by Prescott Valley citizens to a Town location during the Town’s “Clean-up Day Event” on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020. The contract includes disposal services, freon product, and other waste management services. The bid document may be obtained at www.PublicPurchase.com or by calling the Prescott Valley Public Works Department. • The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020 • The bid submission date is March 30, 2020 • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. Arizona MST on Wednesday March 18th, 2020 • Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid • The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals
