PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING OF SHERIFF'S OFFICER CANDIDATES

This contract is for the provision of Psychological Testing services for approximately 60 Sheriff's Officer candidates in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The services include clinical interviews, psychometric testing, and reporting. The contract is for a term of 2 years, with an option for additional services such as Fitness for Duty Exams and Critical Incident Debriefing. The successful vendor must have a doctoral degree in psychology, be a licensed psychologist in New Jersey, and have at least 5 years of experience in the field. • The contract has a total budget of $28,000. • The services will be provided to the Middlesex County Department of Public Safety and Health, Office of the County Sheriff. • The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and termination. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to business registration, tax compliance, and non-discrimination. • The contract includes a non-collusion affidavit, a statement of ownership, and a certification of non-debarment.
