Software, report conversion

This contract is for the implementation, usage, and support of software for the City of St. Petersburg, Florida. The software, known as Orbit Analytics, is designed to provide reporting and analytics capabilities for the City's Oracle E-Business Suite application. The contract includes a one-time implementation fee of $20,000 and an annual usage fee of $30,000. The contract has a term of five years, with the option to renew for additional one-year periods. The City has the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause. • The software will be installed and configured by the Contractor, and the City will provide a single point of contact to work with the Contractor. • The Contractor will provide remote training and support to the City during normal business hours. • The Contractor will provide bug fixes and patches to remedy errors, upgrades, and enhancements at no extra cost to the City during the term. • The City will allocate a single point of contact to work with the Contractor to perform tasks such as coordinating availability of City resources during software installation and testing, and working with the Contractor to coordinate availability of IT and business users for training.
