ROBINSON PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Olathe, Kansas, is requesting qualified consulting firms to submit qualifications for the preparation of design documents for the Robinson Parking Lot Improvements project. The project involves the replacement of asphalt pavement and design of storm water BMPs. The selected vendor, Kaw Valley Engineering, Inc., will be responsible for surveying existing conditions, utility coordination, cost estimates, developing construction plans, and assisting with bidding and construction. • The project requires the replacement of asphalt pavement for parking stalls used by Solid Waste Collection trucks. • The project includes the design of storm water BMPs. • The vendor will be responsible for surveying existing conditions and utility coordination. • The vendor will develop construction plans in accordance with Olathe specifications. • The vendor will assist with bidding and construction as needed.
