CONTINUING TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING AND PLANNING SERVICES

This contract is for continuing transportation engineering and planning services between the City of Orlando, Florida, and Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. The contract includes provisions for basic services, additional services, payments, and termination. The City of Orlando has the option to use the consultant's professional transportation engineering services for various city public works projects. The consultant shall provide services in all phases of a project, including study and report phase, preliminary design phase, final design phase, bidding or negotiating phase, and construction phase. The contract also includes provisions for indemnification, insurance, and miscellaneous provisions. • The contract is for a period of three years, with the option to renew. • The consultant shall provide services in all phases of a project. • The City of Orlando has the option to use the consultant's professional transportation engineering services for various city public works projects. • The contract includes provisions for indemnification, insurance, and miscellaneous provisions. • The consultant shall maintain insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, comprehensive automobile liability, commercial general liability, and professional liability/errors and omissions policy. • The contract is non-exclusive and may be terminated at the City's convenience with proper notice.
