Utility Locating Services

This contract is for utility locating services to support construction activities of Mid-County Street Lighting Service District #14 and the Multnomah County Department of Community Services Transportation Division. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform utility locating and marking services. The contract includes requirements for responding to locate requests, maintaining records, and providing warranties for the work performed. The contract term shall not exceed 5 years, and the pricing will be negotiated with the successful proposer. • The contractor will locate and mark underground stormwater and street lighting facilities. • The contractor will respond to emergency locates within 2 hours. • The contractor will provide a warranty for the work performed. • The contract includes requirements for insurance, workers' compensation, and other terms and conditions.
