Description
This contract awards the provision of venue space, audio‑visual equipment, and full‑service catering for a three‑day caregiver and child‑welfare professional conference in May 2022. The scope includes 6–7 breakout rooms (30 participants each), a large plenary/lunch hall, a storage room, and a staff headquarters room with internet and charging stations, all on a single floor with free parking. Catering must cover breakfast, buffet lunch (Thursday–Friday) and boxed lunch (Saturday), plus evening snacks for 200 attendees each day. Vendors must also furnish required insurance coverage and submit standard documentation (W‑9, COI, Workers’ Comp).
