On-Call Environmental/CEQA/NEPA Consulting Services

The City of Oxnard is seeking proposals from highly qualified environmental consulting firms to assist in the preparation of environmental assessments under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for the City’s land use development projects. The contract was awarded to four firms: Rincon Consultants, Inc., Dudek, Stantec Consulting, and Environmental Science Association. The firms will provide on-call environmental/CEQA/NEPA consulting services to the City. • The services will include preparation of environmental assessments and reports • The firms will work on a variety of projects, including private development proposals and City-initiated land use policy or ordinance updates • The contract was awarded based on criteria such as completeness of the proposal, bidder’s qualifications and experience, organization and approach, scope of services, schedule of work, and references • The City of Oxnard posts all bidding opportunities on their website and on www.publicpurchase.com
