Lift Stations & Sump Pumps: Maintenance Services & Repairs

The Hernando County School Board is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services and repairs for lift stations and sump pumps throughout the District. The contractor will be required to provide firm, net, hourly labor rates and percentages for materials, parts, equipment, supplies, etc. The successful contractor must be able to perform all tasks included in the solicitation and must have a response time of less than two hours from the time the call is placed to the contractor's arrival at the location. The contract will also include a continuing system of preventative maintenance. Key aspects of the contract include: • Maintenance and repair of lift stations and sump pumps • Provision of firm, net, hourly labor rates and percentages for materials, parts, equipment, supplies, etc. • Response time of less than two hours • Continuing system of preventative maintenance • Contract period as specified in the solicitation
