The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to supply labor, materials, equipment and related services to plant and maintain 632 municipal trees within a 90‑day window, with an 18‑month survival warranty. The work includes utility locate coordination, traffic control, site protection, debris disposal, ongoing watering, pruning, staking, and replacement of any trees that do not survive the warranty period. Bids are to be submitted as a fixed‑price per‑tree unit rate, and the City will retain 10 % of the invoice as performance security.
