Description
This contract awards a one‑year “Not to Exceed $25,000” purchase order for comprehensive veterinary spay, neuter, rabies vaccination, and dog‑transport services to the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter. The vendor must provide licensed veterinary staff, a driver‑qualified van, and handle all logistics of picking up shelter dogs, performing surgeries, vaccinating, and returning the animals on the same workday, primarily on Mondays. All fuel costs must be baked into the bid, and the contract cannot be split among multiple suppliers.
• Scope: Spay/neuter surgeries, rabies shots, and transportation for 8‑18 dogs per week.
