22-256 Cost Estimating Services Task Order Service Agreement (TOSA)

The University is seeking to retain the services of firms with verifiable experience to provide independent cost estimating services on a project-by-project basis. The selected vendors will be asked to perform a range of tasks, including minor capital projects with an all-inclusive total value of $929,000 or less, and occasional supporting services on major capital projects. The contract is not project-specific, and the University will identify the specific tasks required for each project on a piecemeal or "a la carte" basis. • The RFQ is for a Task Order Service Agreement (TOSA) that will allow the University to utilize the selected vendors as needed. • The University is looking for firms with experience in providing independent cost estimating services. • The contract is for a wide range of tasks, but the entire range of tasks will not be utilized on any one individual project. • The University will identify the specific tasks required for each project on a piecemeal or "a la carte" basis.
