BC-BID-22-07 - UG/AG Storage Tank Testing - CK04 COOP

The contract is for the provision of testing services for underground and above-ground storage tank systems and sub-systems. The contract is an open-ended contract, meaning that the County of Bergen is not obligated to order, accept, or pay for the services except when it orders them. The contract has a total value not to exceed $30,000.00. The vendor, ACT Technologies, Inc., d/b/a Advanced Tank Services, will provide the services for a 12-month period commencing March 15, 2024, and ending March 14, 2025. The contract also includes a 12-month renewal option. The services will be provided to the Bergen County Environmental Division. • The contract is a cooperative purchasing contract, which allows other registered members to take advantage of the pricing established. • The contract is subject to the Affirmative Action Regulations of the State of New Jersey and the requirements of Public Law 1975, Chapter 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. • The County Executive or his designee is authorized to execute documents necessary to effectuate the purpose of the contract. • The contract includes a formal Master Cooperative Pricing Contract that will be available to registered members of the Cooperative.
