PATERNITY OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM

The Paternity Opportunity Program Agreement is between the County of Orange and St. Joseph Hospital of Orange for the coordination of their efforts in the Parentage Opportunity Program. The program aims to establish parentage and child support obligations. The hospital is responsible for providing services, including assisting parents in completing declaration of parentage forms, and the county is responsible for reimbursing the hospital for these services.
