Corvallis Municipal Airport Main Hangar PVC Membrane Roof Replacement (North and South Sections) - REBID

The City of Corvallis is seeking a contractor to replace the roof of the main hangar at the Corvallis Municipal Airport. The project involves replacing the existing roof with a new 60 mil thermoplastic PVC fully adhered roof over 1/2-inch polyisocyanurate foam board. The contract also includes additional items such as removal and replacement of water damaged roof decking and installation of vapor and Hardie panel siding. The project must be completed by June 30, 2021. • The contract is a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit were held on January 28, 2021. • Contractors were required to submit a Pre-Qualification Applicators form, which includes information about the manufacturer's product and installation specifications, employees' names and certifications, and company experience. • The contract was bid on by three vendors: Ironhead Roofing, Stutzman & Kropf Contractors, Inc., and LP Metal Works, LLC.
