Description
The contract is for legal services to support the SkillsEngine team at TSTC. The selected law firm will provide guidance on strategic planning, negotiation, and execution of a potential commercial 'spin out' of the SkillsEngine team. The contract is expected to exceed $100,000 and will require a HUB Subcontracting Plan. The agreement will be for one (1) year with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
