IDIQ Quality Assurance Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services

The contract is for IDIQ Quality Assurance Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services for Capital Investment Plan (CIP) projects in accordance with all Project Contract Documents, and WSDOT and AASHTO Specifications. The services include on-site testing and inspection of construction materials, non-destructive examination and testing, sampling and testing of mineral aggregates, project construction materials documentation and certification services, construction contract compliance, and special inspection documentation. The contract was awarded to AAR Testing Laboratory, Inc. and Otto Rosenau & Associates, Inc. • On-Site Testing and Inspection of Construction Materials • Non-Destructive Examination and Testing of Concrete, Welding, Structural Steel and other construction materials/structures • Sampling and testing of Mineral Aggregates for acceptance • Project Construction Materials Documentation and Certification services • Construction contract compliance to comply with WSDOT Standard Specifications and WSDOT Construction Manual • Special Inspection documentation to comply with WSDOT Standard Specifications and WSDOT Construction Manual requirements
