The County of Kauai has awarded a contract to Hawthorne Pacific Corp. for the furnishing and delivery of one (1) only compact excavator. The contract amount is not to exceed $100,741.90, and delivery shall be within 300 calendar days commencing on the date stated in the official Notice to Proceed.
