Description
The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a laboratory to perform various water and wastewater testing services. The laboratory must be certified by the State of Florida Department of Health and NELAP certified. The contract includes testing for primary and secondary drinking water standards, TCLP, and other parameters. The contract also includes requirements for reporting and submittal of test results.
• The laboratory must have experience in performing the scope of work in accordance with the specifications and meet all minimum qualification requirements.
• The pricing proposed shall include all labor, fuel, sampling materials/equipment, transportation, insurance, equipment, materials, and all other incidentals to complete the scope of service.
• The City will not accept nor consider alternates to the Solicitation Package.
• The contract includes a protest policy and procedure in case of disputes.
