Continuing Geotechnical Engineering Services

This contract is for continuing geotechnical engineering services to be provided by Ardaman & Associates, Inc. to Orange County, Florida. The services will include professional engineering services as described in Exhibit A - Scope of Professional Services. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. The contract includes provisions for payment, termination, and indemnification. The vendor is required to maintain certain types of insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, business automobile liability, and workers' compensation.
