Cleveland Metroparks Pre-Employment Physicals, Drug Testing and Various Employment Screening

The contract is for Pre-Employment Physicals, Drug Testing, and Various Employment Screening services for Cleveland Metroparks. The contract was awarded to Concentra Medical Centers and USA Mobile Drug Testing on a split award basis. The total combined award is not to exceed $172,500 for the first three years and $154,207 for the additional three years. The services include pre-employment physicals, drug testing, DOT random drug/alcohol testing, and reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug/alcohol testing. • The contract has a three-year term with an option to renew for an additional three years. • The services will be purchased on an "as needed" basis. • The contract has a rate increase cap of 4% per year for each extension year. • The total estimated cost for the six-year period is not to exceed $296,707 for Concentra Medical Centers and $30,000 for USA Mobile Drug Testing.
