Care Plan for Compressors

The contract is for the maintenance and repair of commercial compressors for the student learning labs across ten TSTC campuses. The contract is for two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. The vendors will provide maintenance and repair services, including labor and materials, and will be required to submit a signed HUB Subcontracting Plan if the bid is over $100,000. The contract has a potential value of up to $100,000. • The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. • The vendors will be required to provide a brief history of their company, including their length of time in business, number of employees, and scope of services provided. • The vendors will be required to provide references for similar higher education projects. • The contract will be awarded to the best-qualified companies, and TSTC reserves the right to award the contract in whole, in part, or not at all.
