Contract Administration and Inspection Services for Goodwin Road Reconstruction

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a consultant to provide contract administration and inspection services for the Goodwin Road Reconstruction project. The scope of work includes reconstruction of Goodwin Road, replacement of water main and services, replacement of sanitary sewer force main and gravity sewer main, and installation of a new storm drain system. The consultant will ensure that the contractor constructs the work in accordance with the authorized drawings and specifications. • The project includes reconstruction of Goodwin Road from Blueberry Hills Road to the end of the cul-de-sac. • The consultant will provide all necessary inspection for the project. • The project is being constructed under Contract No. BE21-179. • The City and Borough of Juneau is requesting proposals from qualified consultants. • A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting was held via conference call on January 22, 2021.
