Enclosure for Government Center Generator

The Town of Miami Lakes is seeking a contractor to construct an emergency generator enclosure at the Government Center. The scope of work includes earthwork, structure excavation and backfill, construction of a concrete foundation, concrete masonry walls, roof, landscape, and receipt and installation of backup generator. The contractor must comply with all NPDES requirements and implement applicable BMPs to reduce storm water runoff.
